All though the arm moves when you land it is pre compressed so you will only notice it move if you land from three or four feet in the air. They are quite stable despite the moveable arm. ~You will have no trouble turning on the Kizer suspension frames. ~I love my suspension frames so I’d probably choose them but I don’t want to bias you.
