Benny
Harmani Suspension Frame
Brand
new Suspension in line skate frames with Benny Harmani taste. The Benny
Harmanus frame is the new in line skate suspension frame from
Kizer. They're using the strong zytel material
for the center block, and the classic suspension pads under the arms of
the frame, so you can have the solidness of a flat riding frame while
riding freestyle. These suspension in line skate frames make you feel
like you're landing in
pillows when you land off of those big rails and ledges.

in
line skate suspension frames Instructions for assembly From Europe's
GrindHouse:

The
KIZER in line skate suspension frame
is the
latest in line skate frame from KIZER in line skating company. The
specifics on this in line skating model are its suspension
bushing and pivotally
mounted swingarms.
Explanation:
One suspension in line skate frame consists
of three parts: An in line skate suspension-grindblock and two
suspension-arms (swingarms). The in line skate suspension-arms are
mounted on
pivoting
axles (Main Pivots). Between the grindblock and suspension-arms are two
Suspension Pads which are shockabsorbers that let the
suspension in line skate frame
absorb
impact. At the backside a slightly harder Suspension Pad is placed
(red), as the
pressure is harder on the heel than in the toe. The middle hard
Suspension Pad in the front is yellow. For buying later there are
also softer shockpads available (color: clear). These are
suitable
for
skating completely or only in the front and use the yellow
Suspension Pads at the heal. The Suspension From Kizer is customizable
for weight and rider ability - this is the only frame that allows such
customization.
What is the
advantage of a Suspension in line skate frame? First, landings are
better absorbed after very high jumps. This prevents knee and back
impact. Second, obstacles on uneven ground can be run up
easily.
KIZER Suspension
in line skates are equipped with UFS to fix the frames on all

Assembly
Instruction For
KIZER Suspension Frames:
When
you order some KIZER
Suspension Frames you should receive:
-
2 grindblocks (H Blocks) - 4
swingarms - 4
Shockpads
(2x yellow; 2x red) - 8 Axles
- 8 screws
(Go into axles) - 8 frame
spacers -
4
bearing spacers - 4 UFS
screws
The
frames are shipped pre-assembled
|
1st
step: Check the completeness!
 |
2nd
step: Remove pre-assembled axles!
Remove
the pre-assembled axles
on 2nd and 3rd wheel position. Please loosen the screws and push out
the axles.

|
3rd
step: Loosen Swingarms! (2 different ways -easy and hard!)
1st
way:
If you pull really hard you can pull the swingarm arm from the
grindblock
(Difficult).
|
2nd way:
Between grindblock and
swingarm you can put a tool and lever/PRY the
swingarm from the grindblock. This is easier and the suggested method.

|
4th
step: Check
and sort all components!
Before you
reassemble the frames, you should check if
you got all components:
- 1 grindblock
- 2 swingarms
- 2 Shockpads (1x yellow ; 1x red)
- 4 axles
- 4 screws (Go into axles)
- 4 frame spacers
- 2 bearing spacers
- 2 UFS screws
|
5th
step: Mount
the grindblock!
First
mount the
grindblock without swingarms with the
UFS screws.
|
6th step: Mount
the swingarms!
First
lay down the shockpads on the mounted UFS screws.
VERY IMPORTANT: The yellow shockpad has to be mounted on the front and
the red one on the back. Because the heel has more pressure than the
toes.

|
Then put the
swingarms back on the grindblock...and snap into place.

Now
ready for the swingarm axles.
|
...
and fix
it with the axles!

|
7th
step: Mount
the wheels!
Before you mount the wheels
you have to put the frame
spacers from the inside into the frame. The frame spacers keep the
space between the wheels and the frame and allow the bearings to ride
fast.

|
|
Then
put one
bearing in the wheel. Now put in the bearing
spacer from the other side. After that you can push in the other
bearing from the other side. These bearing spacers keep the
space between both bearings and guarantee the strength of the wheel.
|
Now
you can mount the wheel in the frame. Please fix the wheels with
the axles and the screws.

|
8th step:
FINISH!!!
Now
the frame is mounted.
